    ~Item is in very, very good condition, especially for age.~It is from the early 1940s as it belonged to a family member.~Cream color.~Sheer.~Polka dots have a velvet feel to them.~Triangle and measures 18 inches from hemline to triangle tip and 38 inches long from tip to tip.~The tag was removed so I do not know the brand.~I know it is rare and old.~Beautiful scalloped edges.
