Here is an interesting and wonderful Vintage travel scarf made in France with lots of French roadside Inns' signs and various types of 19th Century Horse and Buggy rigs. There is a black and white checkerboard pattern (racing flag) surrounded by red border containng all the various carriages and buggy whips, seal skin top hats, and horse shoes. As expected with such an old scarf, there are slight smudges in some white areas, as shown in the photos. This scarf might be suitable for display in a museum.The main colors are red, black, and white. Details are tastefully highlighted in olive green, mustard yellow, lemon yellow, light blue, and dark blue. The scarf is square, about 30" x 28".
