NEW ESTATE FIND!
Fun pair of signs for a cabin / fishing lodge / lake house.  There is a larger handpainted wooden sign that reads "Welcome to our Lake Home" (painted on an old wooden slat).  The smaller shadow box has a fishing theme of two fish, a rod and reel, bait bucket, tackle box and bait sign - this sign is also wood though it looks to be commercially made.
It's a wonderful set for a rustic decor!
Condition
Overall good condition.  They of course have some wear with some of it intentional to age/distress the pieces.
Has been packed away and may need some cleaning as this is fresh from a newly acquired estate.
Please keep in mind that this item came from an estate where the people loved, cherished, and used their things.  As such, some of them were packed away over time and have not seen the light of day until we are listing them.  We do everything we can to describe everything to the best of our abilities - good, bad, flaws and all.  We would not with any intent leave something out of the description.
As most of these items are used and old, they will have some wear which is normal.

In most cases the items are in as-found condition and may need some cleaning.  We have so much to list and so little time to get it all done.  Our household is pet free and smoke free, but items that we obtain from sales cannot be guaranteed.  If we detect pet or smoke, we will absolutely point it out, though we make mistakes sometimes as our eyes and sniffers aren't what they used to be.

About Us
We come from a large family of 9 children.  We operated an antique store for many years and now sell exclusively on eBay.  My mother is 89 years old and is the backbone of the operation.
The items we list are from our own personal store which closed over 20 years ago.  Many have been boxed for 30 or more years.  Some items come from estates and auctions and markets.  If we know the history of the item, we will put it in the listing.
