    Description

    This is the very nice festive folk shawl that comes from Moravia and that has been worn together with the woman´s festive folk costume. Brocade, cotton hand embroidery, tiny glass beads, silky fringe. This shawl looks to be c from 1940´s and it is in it´s original condition with one tiny age spot in the middle, with one bigger hole close to the edge and with the bigger dirty age spot, that I did not try to clean

    . The main damages are in the area where the shawl used to be folded so are not much seen when worn over the shoulders. Wearable shawl, or a beautiful piece for display.
