    "Esteemed Fr
    iends William or Hannah Haines,
I have heard that Chalkley Haines has been drafted. I believe he can get a discharge by the assistance of the representative committee or meeting for sufferings. Call on Samuel Parry, S.W. Cor. 2nd and Market St. Phila, or William Dorsey or Joseph C. Turnpenny, Phila.
