    This is a February-May, 1862 Civil War Subsistence Stores Lost or Destroyed for the 3rd New York Cavalry at Camp Bates in Poolesville, MD; Harper's Ferry, VA; Washington D.C.; and New Berne, NC.   Items include:  salt, beef, bacon, sugar, coffee, candles, pickles, etc. Signed by James R.
