    Description

Mexico 1762 1/2 Real Silver Milled Pillar Colonial Period, King Charles III Silver Coin
Nearly all colonial pillar coins were heavily used that most of them are in really low grades.
This coin shows natural toning, excellent fine to almost uncirculated mid grade condition.
Nice circulated example of the type!! These colonial period coins circulated freely in the many
New World colonies of Spain and many were lost in galleon shipwrecks.
Recorded Mintage: unknown, Weight 1.65 Grams, Fineness: .917 Fine Silver, Diameter: 15.90 mm.
